Virtual Yogalites

This class is a combination of yoga’s mindfulness and the core and abdominal work of pilates. It incorporates yoga postures keeping a stable foundation for movement and alignment while focusing on the breath. Some props are optional and could be used such as blocks, small balls, resistance bands and light weights.
