Stronger Austin has grown from serving the Austin community to providing free fitness and nutrition classes to all Texans, no matter where they live. Our mission has always been to improve the health and wellness of Texans, and we felt that changing our name to Stronger Texas better reflects our statewide focus and commitment to serving all Texans.
No, our programs will remain the same – we’ll continue to offer free virtual fitness and nutrition classes for all levels, led by experienced instructors and nutritionists. The only change is our name and our expanded focus on serving all Texans, no matter where they live.

No, anyone can attend our virtual classes. Sign up for your next class here.
At the moment, you can only RSVP for one class at a time. Keep track of your RSVP’d classes by clicking the My Classes link at the top of any page when you’re logged into your account.
You can RSVP for a class as long as it is listed on the calendar.
Each class is estimated to be one hour long. However, sometimes instructors may finish early or end a few minutes late.
No, participants can attend as many classes as they want.
View the class schedule to see all classes currently scheduled. Classes operate by spring, summer, and fall sessions, including a week break from classes between each session. There is a longer winter break pause between fall and spring sessions.

No. All our classes are free!
All classes are scheduled based on Central Standard Time (CST). We recommend using a Time Zone Converter to confirm the correct class time in comparison to your time zone.
After you RSVP for your class, a Zoom link will be emailed to the email you used during registration.
You can also find your Zoom link by clicking on the ‘My Classes’ link on the top right hand corner of the website.
No, our instructors use the live webinar feature on Zoom. No one can see or hear you. You can see and hear the instructor.
Participants can communicate with the Instructor through the chat feature on Zoom.
No, you can attend virtual classes by signing on to any device that can operate the Zoom video application.
