Monday Morning Chair Yoga

Join us every Monday from 8:30 am – 9:30 am for a gentle flow yoga class focus on the breath. Moving with the intention of creating space in the body and releasing tension from the body and mind. In Chair yoga we use a chair as the main prop. We practice modified postures that are accessible for everybody and will increase body awareness.
