Virtual Low Impact Workout

Wed, March 13 from 7:00am to 8:00am (CDT)

This low impact class involves a series of exercises using your own body weight for resistance. It will focus on recovering range of motion, toning, and will strengthen your legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility. This is a great option for older adults or individuals with limited mobility.
