It's Time Texas offers free, virtual exercise and nutrition classes to all Texans and all fitness levels! Formats include Zumba, yoga, MixxedFit and more. Classes are available in English and Spanish.

Virtual Cardio & Strength
Get a full body workout including cardio while working out different areas of your body. Increase your cardio endurance during this class by increasing and lowering your heart rate. Not only will you work your heart but you will also get your muscles burning to build strength!
Virtual Chair Yoga
Virtual Chair Yoga
A gentle flow yoga class focus on the breath. Moving with the intention of creating space in the body and releasing tension from the body and mind. In chair yoga we use a chair as the main prop. We practice modified postures that are accessible for everybody and will increase body awareness.

This class is a combination of yoga's mindfulness and the core and abdominal work of pilates. It incorporates yoga postures keeping a stable foundation for movement and alignment while focusing on the breath. Some props are optional and could be used such as blocks, small balls, resistance bands and light weights.

Virtual Low Impact Workout
This low impact class involves a series of exercises using your own body weight for resistance. It will focus on recovering range of motion, toning, and will strengthen your legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility
