This low impact class involves a series of exercises using your own body weight for resistance. It will focus on recovering range of motion, toning, and will strengthen your legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility


Virtual MixxedFit®

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and boot camp inspired toning. Everything about this dance fitness program is big, exaggerated, and explosive! All fitness levels are welcome!
