Like it!' and 'Create Better Health'. Each week, we'll explore a new produce item, covering everything from how to choose and store it to its benefits and tasty ways to enjoy it. We'll also delve into topics related to healthy eating from 'Create Better Health'.

Our Fall 2024 Stronger Texas nutrition classes introduce a new theme each week, making it easy to explore balanced eating and healthy habits. Each day breaks down the topic into manageable tips and insights to help you improve your nutrition step by step. All handouts and slide decks are organized by week, giving you the tools you need to make small but meaningful changes.
