Healthy Texan Week

We are thrilled to announce our participation in Healthy Texan Week, which will consist of three events dedicated to promoting health and wellness across Texas. Thanks to our partnership with Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), we invite you to join us in this celebration of health and community across our great state.

Virtual Pilates

This class aims to strengthen the core while improving flexibility and balance. It consists of intentional movements (low-impact) focusing on the breath to enhance the connection between mind and body.

Virtual Chair Yoga

A gentle flow yoga class focus on the breath. Moving with the intention of creating space in the body and releasing tension from the body and mind. In chair yoga we use a chair as the main prop. We practice modified postures that are accessible for everybody and will increase body awareness.
